Welcome to Stilevia. This delivery policy explains how orders placed on stilevia.com are processed and delivered to customers in France, the United States, and Australia. Delivery options, carriers, and service areas are automatically determined based on the delivery address.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Standard Delivery

  • Transit time: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated total time: 6 to 10 business days from order confirmation (processing + transit)

Delivery Addresses & Carriers

Delivery is made directly to the customer's address. For shipments to France, the United States, or Australia, carriers are selected based on the package, service, and destination.

Processing Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Paris, GMT+01:00) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

A tracking link is sent by email as soon as the shipment is made. This link allows you to track the package with the selected carrier. If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected processing time, please contact our support with your order number.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • Lost orders: Contact our support if your order has not arrived after the estimated time so we can open an investigation.
  • Damaged orders: Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be offered after verification.
  • Incorrect items: Report any incorrect item within 7 days with photos and order details. We will arrange to send the correct item or issue a refund.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not been shipped. If it has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure once the package is received.
