Refund policy

This policy applies to returns and refunds for purchases made on Stilevia (stilevia.com) and for deliveries in France, the United States, and Australia.

Return Period & Eligibility

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for return.

Return Fees & Labels

Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in all cases, except when the received product is damaged or incorrect due to an error by Stilevia.

Only in these cases (damaged item or preparation error), we will provide a prepaid return label sent by email.

Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be applied.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
  • After verification, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label if the error is from Stilevia (damaged or incorrect product).
  • Pack the item in its original condition and follow the provided return instructions.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact support to arrange the exchange and receive instructions.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure once the package is received.

Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
